Corporate Sponsors:
South Central Minnesota SHRM offers opportunities for local businesses to connect with Human Resources professionals through meeting sponsorships. Sponsorship opportunities are open for vendors, suppliers, consultants, and local businesses.
Our meetings are a great opportunity to connect with the local HR community. Monthly programs are 1-hr in length and attract an average of 35 attendees.
HR business partners - vendors, suppliers, consultants and local community businesses - are all invited to sponsor any of the monthly programs throughout the year. For $300 it’s an excellent, low-cost opportunity to build relationships with your target audience and directly market your services to local decision-makers and consumers of HR-related products and services. This $300 rate is available for January-November program sponsorships. This $300 rate is available for January-November and $1,000 for December program sponsorships.
- 2 complimentary registration fees;
- Recognition of sponsorship within the chapter emails and social media messages promoting the event;
- Promotional materials distributed/displayed at the meeting (must be prepared by the sponsor);
- Introduction as the Program Sponsor; and
- 5-8 min presentation of the company/product/service at the beginning of the meeting.

Sponsorship is limited to one meeting per sponsor within a calendar year, with the exception of specialty meetings or training sessions and events.
