Established in 2002, South Central Minnesota SHRM is proud to be an affiliate of the Society for Human Resources Management, the largest professional Human Resources organization in the world.

South Central Minnesota SHRM is an 100% member-affiliated chapter, which means we have recognized our members as national SHRM members. We offer free non-affiliated memberships for community members and HR professionals, and we charge a small fee for most monthly meetings.

The South Central Minnesota SHRM services organizations and community members in the Owatonna, Waseca, Faribault, Dodge Center, Blooming Prairie, Austin, Albert Lea, and surrounding areas.
